We are excited to announce our newest preschool program, Tiny Tumblers!

This class is designed specifically for our youngest students and allows them to explore gymnastics in a safe, stimulating and playful environment. Enhance your child’s coordination, motor skills and cognitive development while encouraging movement and having fun.

BABIES CLASS

Age: 12 - 18 months

Duration: 3O minutes

Equipment: Preschool-sized equipment

Prerequisites:

  • Walking independently

  • Parent/guardian participation and guidance required

  • Ready to smile, learn, explore, and have fun! 

This class is designed to support your child's early development through age-appropriate activities, movement, and play in a safe and engaging environment. Parents and caregivers will actively participate alongside their child to encourage confidence, coordination, and enjoyment.

Tiny Tumblers introduces young children to the fundamentals of movement through imaginative play, basic gymnastics skills, and age-appropriate activities. With the support of a parent or caregiver, children build confidence, coordination, balance, and social skills in a safe, encouraging, and fun environment.

TUMBLING TOTS

Age: 18 months - 3 years

Duration: 50 minutes

Equipment: Preschool-sized equipment

Prerequisites:

  • Walking independently

  • Parent/guardian participation and guidance required

  • Ready to smile, learn, explore, and have fun! 

Tumbling Tots is a longer, activity-fined class designed for energetic toddlers and their caregivers. Through guided instruction, creative movement, and age-appropriate gymnastics activities, children develop balance, coordination, strength, and confidence while exploring preschool-sized equipment in a safe and supportive environment. Parents actively participate alongside their child to encourage learning, growth, and plenty of fun.

RAINBOW KIDS

Age: 3 - 4 years

Duration: 50 minutes

Equipment: Preschool-sized equipment

Prerequisites:

  • Comfortable participating independently from a parent or caregiver

  • Able to listen and respond to verbal instructions

  • Willing to cooperate and interact with others

  • Ready to smile, learn, and have fun!

Rainbow Kids is an engaging introductory gymnastics class designed to help preschoolers build confidence, coordination, balance, and body awareness. Through structured activities, creative movement, and age-appropriate skill development, children learn in a fun, supportive environment while practicing independence, following directions, and working with their peers.

GYM KIDS

Age: 4 - 6 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Equipment: Combination of preschool-sized and full-sized equipment

Prerequisites:

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in warm-up activities

  • Willingness to practice on full-sized gymnastics equipment

  • Ready to smile, learn, and have fun!

Gym Kids is designed to help young gymnasts build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while learning fundamental gymnastics skills. Using both preschool and full-sized equipment, students are introduced to age-appropriate progressions in a safe and encouraging environment. Classes focus on skill development, body awareness, listening skills, and having fun through movement and active learning.

NOVICE LEVEL 1

Age: School Age, 5 - 16 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Equipment: Full-sized gymnastics equipment

Class Focus:

  • Introduction to beginner level gymnastics skills

  • Skill development on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

Prerequisites:

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in conditioning activities

  • Ability to listen to and follow instruction

  • Willingness to try new skills and challenges

  • Ready to smile, learn, and have fun!

Novice Level 1 is designed for beginning gymnasts who are ready to learn the fundamentals of artistic gymnastics. Students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while building confidence through progressive skill instruction on all four Olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Classes emphasize proper technique, safety, personal growth, and a positive learning environment where every gymnast can succeed at their own pace.

NOVICE LEVEL 2

  • School Age: 5 to 16 years

  • 60 minutes in duration

  • *Recommendation/prior experience necessary

  • Use of full sized equipment

  • Mastery of Level 1 skills

  • Requisites:

    • Independence on full size equipment.

    • Experience with Beginner level skills on Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor

    • Proper hurdle straight jump on vault

    • Pull over and forward roll on bars (with or with out spot)

    • Basic walks on beam (forward, backwards, step kicks, etc.)

    • Rolls, broken leg kick, cartwheel on floor and bridge

    • Ability to understand corrections

    • Ability to stretch

    • Ability to smile :) learn and have fun!

BOYS

  • Introduction to beginner level men's gymnastics skills

  • Skill development on Vault Bars Rings and Floor

  • Willingness to try new skills and challenges

  • Ready to smile learn and have fun!

Boys Gymnastics is designed for beginner athletes who are ready to learn the fundamentals of men’s artistic gymnastics Students will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness through progressive skill instruction on Vault, Bars, Rings, and Floor. Classes emphasize proper technique, safety, fitness and personal achievement in a positive and encouraging environment where every gymnast can build confidence and progress at their own pace.

  • Experience with beginner-level skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

Novice Level 2 is designed for gymnasts who have successfully developed foundational skills and are ready for the next stage of progression. Athletes will continue to improve technique, strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning more challenging skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Emphasis is placed on skill mastery, body control, safe progressions, and the ability to apply coaching feedback in a positive and supportive learning environment.

Class Focus:

  • Mastery and refinement of Level 2 skills

  • Progressive skill development on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

  • Increased emphasis on strength, flexibility, technique, and confidence

Prerequisites:

  • Independence on full-sized equipment

  • Experience with beginner skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

  • Handstand flatback on Vault

  • Pull-over and back hip circle on Bars (with or without a spot)

  • Advanced Beam walks, including relevé walks, kicks, jumps, and related skills

  • Handstand, cartwheel, and backbend kickover on Floor

  • Ability to understand and apply corrections

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in conditioning activities

  • Ready to smile, learn, and have fun!

Novice Level 3 is designed for gymnasts who have demonstrated mastery of Level 2 skills and are ready for more advanced challenges. Athletes will continue building strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while developing higher-level skills on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Classes focus on proper technique, safe progressions, skill consistency, and personal achievement in a supportive environment that encourages confidence and growth.

INTERMEDIATE

Equipment: Full-sized gymnastics equipment

Recommendation required

Class Focus:

  • Intermediate-level skill development on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

  • Increased emphasis on technique, strength, flexibility, and skill progression

  • Preparation for more advanced gymnastics training

Prerequisites:

  • Mastery of Novice level skills

  • Handstand flatback on Vault

  • Chin-up pullover and back hip circle independent on Bars

  • Broken leg kick and round off dismount on Beam

  • Walkovers with a spot, round off and beginnings of a back handspring on Floor

  • Understanding of skill progression and gymnastics fundamentals

  • Ability to implement corrections and focus on technique

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in conditioning activities

Intermediate is designed for gymnasts who have built a strong foundation and are ready to advance their skills. Athletes will continue developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and body control while learning more complex skills and combinations on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Classes emphasize proper technique, consistency, safe progressions, and the ability to apply coaching feedback, helping gymnasts reach new levels of confidence and achievement in a challenging yet supportive environment.

ADVANCED

Age: School Age, 7 - 16 years

Duration: 90 minutes

Equipment: Full-sized gymnastics equipment

Recommendation required

Class Focus:

  • Advanced-level skill development on Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor

  • Refinement of technique, power, flexibility, and consistency

  • Preparation for higher-level gymnastics training and more complex skill combinations

Prerequisites:

  • Mastery of Intermediate-level skills

  • Front handspring over Vault table

  • Front hip circle, jump to high bar, and sole circle dismount on Bars

  • Cartwheel on Beam and ability to perform basic flipping dismounts

  • Front and back walkovers, front handspring, and round-off back handspring on Floor

  • Understanding of skill progression and training concepts

  • Ability to implement corrections with attention to technique

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in conditioning activities

  • Ready to smile, learn, and have fun!

Advanced is designed for experienced gymnasts who have developed strong technical foundations and are ready for higher-level challenges. Athletes will focus on refining execution, increasing power and control, and mastering more complex skills across all apparatus. Emphasis is placed on precision, consistency, safe progression, and disciplined training in a motivating and supportive environment.

TUMBLING

Age: 5 - 16 years

Duration: 60 minutes

Equipment: Floor and trampoline

Class Focus:

  • Development of tumbling skills on floor and trampoline

  • Progression from foundational movement to advanced acrobatic skills

  • Emphasis on strength, coordination, air awareness, and technique

Levels:

   Novice:

  • Introduction to basic tumbling skills on floor and trampoline

  • Focus on body control, shapes, rolls, jumps, and foundational acrobatic movements

   Intermediate:

  • Back handspring required

  • Continued development of tumbling combinations and skill connections on floor and trampoline

  • Emphasis on technique, power, and consistency

Prerequisites:

  • Willingness to stretch and participate in conditioning activities

  • Ability to listen to instruction and apply corrections

  • Ready to learn, progress, and have fun!

Tumbling is designed to help athletes build strong foundational acrobatic skills and progress safely through increasingly advanced movements. Classes focus on proper technique, strength development, and confidence in both floor and trampoline settings.
